On October 11, 2014 the California Association of Regulatory Investigators and Inspectors (CARII) held its quarterly board meeting in Burlingame. The board meeting followed a general membership meeting that was held Friday, October 10 in Redwood City.
New information stemming from the CARII Board of Directors meeting includes changes to the CARII Board. Those changes include the announcement of new CARII Board Member Richard Diamond and Board Member Casey Falls assuming the position as CARII treasurer.
"I want to thank Napoli Sams (former treasurer) and Lynn Fullmer (former board member) for their service to the CARII Board and welcome Richard Diamond to the Board," said CARII President Tom Ineichen. Mr. Sams Napoli will continue to serve as a board member.
Part of the quarterly board meeting included discussions about meetings with management of the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR), Contractors State License Board (CSLB), and the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), and the status of the issues with those departments/agencies.
The next CARII board meeting is scheduled for February 7, 2015 in Fresno.
