Jim Laughlin began his career in state service in 1990 when he was hired on as a Program Representative I for the Bureau of Automotive Repair, Consumer Protection Operations branch. In 2002 Jim Laughlin was hired on as an Investigator with Department of Motor Vehicles. Jim Laughlin retired from DMV Investigations in December of 2015.
