In the early morning hours of June 9, 2016, the CSLEA Negotiations Team reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) with the Administration. The CSLEA Board of Directors convened today to carefully review the TA and has made the decision to send it to the membership for a ratification vote.
The specifics of the TA will be emailed to you on Wednesday of next week, and will also be placed on CSLEA.com. CSLEA will provide a summary of the agreement and a link so you can view each article of the entire agreement should you elect to do so.
The ratification vote will be conducted electronically. Beginning at 8 am on Monday, June 20th and until 5 pm on June 24th, all full CSLEA members will have the opportunity to cast their ballot. A link to the ballot will be emailed to members and a link to the ballot will also be placed on CSLEA.com. CSLEA will announce the result of the ratification ballot as soon as it is tabulated.
