CSLEA Welcomes New Dispatchers in Riverside

RIVERSIDE -  On April 10, 2018, CHP dispatchers training at the Ben Clark Facility in Riverside received a visit from CHP-Public Safety Dispatchers Association (CHP-PSDA) Secretary-Treasurer Steve Fulton and California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) Member Services Representative Shelley Bishop.

Bishop and Fulton visited the training center during National Public Safety Communicators Week.  They conducted a new employee orientation to welcome the dispatchers and introduce them to CSLEA and CHP-PSDA.

“These individuals are embarking upon a career that is vital to public safety and we want to be sure they know who to contact should they need assistance of their own,” said CSLEA President Alan Barcelona.  “We wish them the very best, thank them for their service, and invite them to reach out to our support system, anytime.”
