RIVERSIDE – On December 7, 2021, CHP-Public Safety Dispatchers Association (CHP-PSDA) Secretary/Treasurer Steve Fulton conducted a new employee orientation for dispatchers training at the Ben Clark Training Center in Riverside. During the orientation, Fulton introduced the dispatchers to their union and discussed the benefits of union membership.
“Our CHP dispatchers have a very difficult job and going through the training process can be very stressful. It’s important that our union representatives check in with them, answer questions and also offer much needed encouragement. Thank you to Steve Fulton for continually being there for our new dispatchers who train in Riverside,” said CSLEA President Alan Barcelona.
CHP-PSDA and the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) welcome new members:
Elyssa Estrada from the Inland Communications Center
Yesenia Ramirez from the Fresno Communications Center
Ashley Winn, from the Sacramento Communications Center
