MODOC COUNTY – The Association of California Wildlife Officers (ACWO) is proud to have supported the annual Quad State Wildlife Officer Meeting hosted by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) in the Warner Mountains of Modoc County, July 21–23. ACWO proudly sponsored meals for the event.

The meeting brought together 21 wildlife officers from California, Oregon, Nevada, and Idaho to strengthen partnerships across state borders in the fight against poaching. Officers shared investigative casework, exchanged valuable intelligence, and discussed strategies for improving cooperation on wildlife crime investigations.

“Events like this help build strong working relationships among neighboring agencies,” said ACWO President Trevor Pell.  “ACWO is proud to support opportunities that strengthen wildlife law enforcement partnerships and contribute to the protection of California’s fish and wildlife resources.”
