Below is a copy of the Restated Plan Document and Summary Plan Description of the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association Legal Defense Fund. This program is provided only to CSLEA members and is funded by CSLEA as an additional member benefit. The formal text of the Plan controls eligibility, benefit payments, participation and administration of the Plan. The LDF Plan is principally designed to provide legal assistance to members for criminal and civil matters arising out of the course and scope of their employment.
