California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) Member Services representatives routinely visit CSLEA members throughout California , making stops in the workplace to assist members who may have questions or concerns.
On Thursday, December 4, 2014, CSLEA Member Services Representative Bernadette Gonzalez visited the Department of Motor Vehicles offices in Grass Valley and Rocklin.
“We spoke with licensing registration examiners at both DMV locations and met with Site Representative Dexter Vernon in Rocklin,” said Gonzalez.
Gonzalez also made a site visit at Empire Mine State Historic Park and an impromptu visit with California Conservation Corps conservationists she saw along the way in Grass Valley.
“Our Member Services representatives are active all year long, up and down the state,” said CSLEA President Alan Barcelona. “It is important that we visit work sites and reach out to our members who may have some workplace concerns, but who otherwise, wouldn’t bring them to our attention. This makes it more convenient for them to be heard.”
