COLRE Directors To Discuss Transition of Newly Elected Board

colreOn June 12, 2015, the current officers of the California Organization of Licensing Registration Examiners (COLRE) will convene with the newly elected COLRE Board to assist with the transition.

The meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. at CSLEA headquarters at 2029 H Street, Sacramento.

On May 15, 2015 COLRE announced the names of those elected to the new COLRE Board which consists of eight (8) regional directors,  one member from each of Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) eight (8) regions.  

The examiners who  received the highest number of votes for Regional Director from the members in their respective regions were:

Region 1: Dexter Vernon

Region 2: Bernadette Gonzalez

Region 3: Paul Sanchez

Region 4: Silvia Benavides

Region 5: David Rodriguez

Region 6: Enrique Razo

Region 7: Oscar Cueto

Region 8: Karrie Kabat 

The new COLRE board will  elect a President and Vice-President. The President will then appoint directors to fill the vacancies created by the election of the President and Vice -President and also appoint a Secretary and Treasurer. The President and Vice-President will serve four (4) year terms and the directors term of office is two (2)years.
