CORDELIA- On June 3, 2015 CHP Public Safety Dispatchers Association (CHP-PSDA)  Board Members Vicki Morris and Gina  Walls attended a luncheon to celebrate the promotion of Golden Gate Division Chief Avery Browne  to Assistant Commissioner and to celebrate the promotion of  Golden Gate Division Chief Paul Fontana.

The luncheon was held at the Cordelia inspection facility and attended by CHP employees from throughout Golden Gate Division and the State. 

“Although we are sad to see Chief Browne leave as our Commander, we are pleased to have Chief Fontana lead our division,” said CHP-PSDA Board Member Gina Walls.  “Chief Fontana was our Sector Chief the past few years and has always been supportive of dispatch.  We thank Assistant Commissioner Browne for everything he has done for us this past year.  We are looking forward to this positive change.”
