SACRAMENTO – On August 18, 2015, Candidate for Assembly District 78 Todd Gloria met with California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) President Alan Barcelona to once again thank him for CSLEA’s endorsement. The San Diego City Councilmember is running for the seat currently held by Assembly Speaker Toni Atkins who will term out next year.
