SACRAMENTO – On September 16, 2015, California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) President Alan Barcelona attended a luncheon for California Assemblymember Ken Cooley in Sacramento.

“It is always a pleasure to visit with Assemblymember Cooley,” said Barcelona.  “He has a true appreciation for public safety and for public employees.”

Assemblymember Cooley is a member on the California State Assembly Committee on Public Employees, Retirement, and Social Security.

Some CSLEA board members routinely participate in consumer protection seminars hosted by Asssemblymember Cooley in his district, District 8, offering public safety and consumer protection tips to the assemblymember’s constituents.
