SACRAMENTO- On September 15, 2015, Democratic Candidate for State Senator District 29 Sukhee Kang met with California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) President Alan Barcelona along with CSLEA Legislative Advocate Shane LaVigne.
"Mr. Kang is someone who has succeeded in local and state government positions and as an immigrant to this country many, many years ago, has built his own success story," said Barcelona. "It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Kang and getting to better know his positions on issues that our members have a deep interest in."
The 29th Senate District includes portions of Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties and is currently represented by Senator Bob Huff, who will not run for reelection in 2016 due to term limits.
