CALEXICO – On October 3, 2015, California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA)  FOP Lodge #77 Vice President Kenny Ehrman and Association of Motor Vehicle Investigators of California (AMVIC)  Board Member Chris Ehrman participated  in a fraud protection seminar in Calexico with Senator Ben Hueso and State Controller Betty Yee.

Despite the sweltering heat, an enthusiastic group turned out to learn how to best protect themselves against fraud.

 

“It’s always a pleasure to come out and speak in areas like Calexico and provide assistance to those who rarely have the opportunity to speak with fraud prevention experts in person,” said Kenny Ehrman.

The Ehrmans and other consumer protection presenters spoke to the group about identity theft and the latest schemes that scam artists are using to rip-off honest, hardworking citizens.
