ROSEVILLE – On December 3, 2015, California Association of Regulatory Investigators and Inspectors (CARII) President Tom Ineichen, Secretary Tim Toy and Board Member Rick Diamond hosted an appreciation get-together for CARII/CSLEA site representatives in Roseville.
The get-together was to show appreciation for the work site representatives do for their colleagues, CARII and CSLEA. “Our meeting was to show our appreciation to our site representatives who are always there for our members,” said Ineichen. “This time allows us to reach out and to also hear what is taking place at work. We talked about ways we can be more accessible to our members and how we can better serve them. We also talked about how to submit potential contract proposals for upcoming negotiations.”
Site representatives volunteer their time to be the eyes and ears for the associations and to either solve minor work related issues or refer them to CSLEA attorneys.
“We truly appreciate the involvement of site representatives, they are our boots on the ground, so to speak and we want to be sure they know how much we appreciate their efforts,” said Ineichen.
