LOS ANGELES – On December 29, 2016, California Association of Criminal Investigators (CACI) President Dennis Maffei presented CACI Past-President Frank Capetillo with a plaque for his many years of service and commitment to CACI, its members and the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA).  Capetillo served as a CACI board member for 16 years, including the last few as president.  CACI and CSLEA thank  Capetillo for his many years of service and wish him well in his new ventures.
