PATTON – On February 9, 2017, California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) Member Services Representative Shelley Bishop and Hospital Police Association of California (HPAC) Director Mike Hakker welcomed eight new hospital police officers to their jobs at Patton State Hospital (PSH).
The officers may be new to PSH, but many of them are not new to law enforcement. They have held previous LEO jobs as sheriff’s deputies, city police officers and correctional officers.
The New Employee Orientation (NEO) allowed the officers to ask questions about HPAC and CSLEA and learn a little bit about what to expect in their new careers.
CSLEA and HPAC would like to welcome:
- Albert Quinonez,
- Phong Nguyen,
- Brandon Robinson,
- Adan Padilla,
- Sheldon Pipes,
- Angela Chapparosa,
- Trevion Kennard,
- Alan Heidrich.
“We wish the officers the very best as they begin their careers with the Department of State Hospitals, and we stand ready to assist them along the way,” said CSLEA President Alan Barcelona.
