HAYWARD – On November 16, 2017, California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) held a membership outreach event with DMV Occupational Licensing Inspectors of the greater Bay Area.
DMV Occupational Licensing Inspectors inspect and license, new and used car dealers, registration services, dismantlers and driving schools. They also conduct scheduled and random audits to make sure the businesses are operating within DMV regulations and, when necessary, place these same licensees out of business when they fall out of compliance.
It is vitally important that California consumers are protected from businesses who do not meet the high standards outlined in the Vehicle Code and California Code of Regulations.
CSLEA proudly thanks all DMV Occupational Licensing Inspectors for their good work in keeping Californians safe.
