The CSLEA Consumer Protection & Public Safety (CPPS) Foundation Scholarship Application Review Committee is proud to announce it is now accepting applications for scholarships which are available to CSLEA members, their spouses, and children.

Last fall, the CSLEA foundation awarded eight $1,000 scholarships to assist CSLEA members with the cost of higher education, and this year, the plan is to do the same.

“Once again, we have already received numerous inquiries from our members who are anxious to have their children apply, so we know this is a valued program,” said CSLEA President Alan Barcelona. “Our Consumer Protection and Public Safety Foundation committee members volunteer their time and work year-round to make this scholarship opportunity happen and we are proud to offer this to our members.”

The scholarship program is now in its 21st year and is made possible thanks to generous, tax deductible donations to the non-profit CPPS Foundation.

The CSLEA CPPS Foundation Scholarship application packet is now available, and this year, applicants can type their information right on the application prior to printing and mailing it.

Completed applications must be postmarked by May 25, 2018.
