San Diego – Congratulations to California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) and California Association of Criminal Investigators (CACI) Member Marvin Vistro on his recent retirement!  California Department of Insurance Detective Vistro has an impressive 25 years of service with the State of California.

On July 26, 2018, an association plaque was presented to Vistro at a retirement luncheon held July 26, 2018.

“We congratulate Detective Vistro on his successful law enforcement career with the state and wish him great times in his retirement,” said CACI President Dennis Maffei.  “Congratulations!”
