I have worked as an Investigator for CalPERS for three years. I conduct disability retirement investigations and internal affairs investigations for my Department. Prior to becoming a CalPERS Investigator, I was a Licensing Representative II for the Alcoholic Beverage Control.
I started my state career in 2001 at the California Department of Justice, as a youth aide. I have always been very passionate about law-enforcement and knew from an early age that I wanted to pursue a career in this field.
I received a Bachelor of Criminal Justice degree from California State University Sacramento.
It is an honor and privilege to have the opportunity to sit on the CAFI board and represent CalPERS. I welcome new challenges and leadership opportunities. I have learned so much in my three years as an Investigator and look forward to continuing to develop my skills. I am looking forward to this new opportunity.
