ATASCADERO- The California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) and the Hospital Police Association of California (HPAC) extend a warm welcome to four new hospital police officers at Atascadero State Hospital.
The officers met with CSLEA and HPAC representatives on July 9, 2019 to learn about the unions that represent them and the benefits of CSLEA and HPAC membership. Conducting the new employee orientation was CSLEA Supervising Attorney Dave De La Riva and HPAC Site Representative Robert Barraza.
“Congratulations to these officers who are starting new law enforcement careers at the Department of State Hospitals,” said CSLEA President Alan Barcelona. “We stand ready to assist them and wish them a long and enjoyable career. What every CSLEA member should know is that our six attorneys are here for them, and no member should feel apprehensive about calling us to inquire about anything big or small.”
