SACRAMENTO – California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) attorneys spent some important time with new California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) licensing registrations examiners in Sacramento and Riverside on September 9, 2019.
“These public safety professionals are beginning careers in which they will test drivers and evaluate their knowledge of the rules of the road and their driving skills,” said CSLEA President Alan Barcelona. “Their jobs lead to the safety of all of us out on the roadway. CSLEA and our affiliate, Coalition of Licensing Registration Examiners (COLRE) provide protection for them. Their jobs can be very stressful, not to mention hazardous.”
CSLEA Senior Counsel Ryan Navarre visited with eight new LRE members in Sacramento while Supervising Counsel Dave De La Riva and Counsel Stacy Olsen spoke with LREs in Riverside. The new employee orientation gave CSLEA attorneys a chance to meet CSLEA’s newest members and speak to them about the benefits and services offered to them as members.
