HUNTINGTON BEACH – On Saturday, October 5, 2019, the California Association of Regulatory Investigators and Inspectors (CARII) held its third 2019 board meeting of at the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association’s (CSLEA) southern office in Huntington Beach.
“Thank you to our dedicated board members who donate their time to work for our CARII members for improvements in the workplace and of course improvements to compensation,” said CARII President Tom Ineichen. “We sent out a notice ahead of the meeting hoping to see some of our general membership attend. We did have a site representative and a new member attend, and I want to say thank you!”
CARII will post the minutes of the board meeting on its CSLEA CARII affiliate page. The minutes will reflect officers’ reports, an update from the bylaws committee, contract update, department meetings, the effort to enter into side letters with the state, membership outreach and one $2,000 scholarship that will be awarded shortly.
“This was a productive meeting. Our members should be proud of this board and the passion it has to work on members’ behalf,” said Ineichen.
