DIAMOND BAR – On October 9, 2019, the second of two receptions for California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Region VII Licensing Registration Examiners (LREs) was held at a restaurant in Diamond Bar. The get-together was hosted by the California Organization of Licensing Registration Examiners (COLRE) with California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) Senior Attorney Jim Vitko present.
A combined total of approximately 80 LREs participated in open discussions with COLRE President Enrique Razo and Vice President Tim McCullough.
“This was a positive turn out and there were a lot of questions regarding the 2019-23 contract,” said Vitko. “It is a great opportunity for our members to tell us first-hand what is on their minds and their thoughts on what COLRE and CSLEA should bring to management. We listened, answered questions, and explained what steps are currently being considered to improve areas of concern.”
