CAFDI BOARD ELECTION – Electronic Voting Period Today Through Close of Business June 30, 2022
Dear CAFDI Members:
The California Association of Food and Drug Investigators (CAFDI) election is currently underway. Once again, for your convenience, we are voting electronically. You can cast your ballot by clicking on the link below. This year we are voting for the Northern California and Southern California Regional Directors. Although they are running unopposed they still must be elected by you, our members. We would appreciate your voting participation.
The candidates are:
Regional Director of Southern California
Angenette Inocencio
Regional Director of Northern California
Wendy Reynolds
The responsibilities for Regional Director are as follows:
Regional Director
The Regional Directors, as directed by the President or Executive Board, shall supervise and coordinate all CAFDI activities in their respective regions.
The Regional Directors shall act as liaisons between the General Membership of their respective regions and the Executive Board.
The Regional Directors may appoint an Assistant Regional Director from the General Membership to aide in carrying out their assigned duties. Assistant Regional Directors shall not be considered as Board members and shall not have a vote in any Board matters, except when designated by the Regional Director to cast such a vote in his/ her absence.
The Regional Directors shall be elected to serve a two year term. There is no limit to the number of terms that an individual may serve as Regional Director.
The Regional Directors shall have one vote on all General Board matters; they have no vote on Executive Board matters.
