CSLEA and HPAC Discuss Issues with Napa State Hospital Administrators in Joint Labor Management Committee Meeting

SACRAMENTO - On June 13, 2022, a Joint Labor Management Committee (JLMC) meeting was held between the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA), the Hospital Police Association of California (HPAC) and Napa State Hospital administrators.

“This was our quarterly JLMC in which the union and Napa State Hospital administrators meet to discuss topics of concerns and share updates.  It’s beneficial to all of us to keep this ongoing rapport and the lines of communication open,” said CSLEA Senior Counsel Ryan Navarre.   Joining Navarre in the meeting was HPAC Director Rick Danner.

Items discussed included:

  • Radios,
  • Staffing Numbers,
  • Vacancies,
  • Armed Escorts Off Grounds,
  • and Use of Force Reporting Standards.
