SACRAMENTO – The California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) is welcoming new Membership Coordinator Debbie Lindenmuth to the CSLEA family. Debbie begins her position at CSLEA on June 13, 2022 and replaces Membership Coordinator Kara Gapske who has accepted a career opportunity at the Judicial Council of California.
“We say goodbye to Kara on June 15th as she becomes an employee of the State of California and sincerely thank her for her extraordinary work as our membership coordinator and receptionist the past four years,” said CSLEA President Alan Barcelona. “Kara’s organization skills are second to none and she has always been beyond pleasant to our members, our directors and our staff. She embraced her position as membership coordinator, took on new and added responsibilities and made the position what it is today. We wish her the absolute best.”
“As I move on to the next chapter of my professional life, I do so with humble thanks to each of you. It’s been an incredible four years,” said Kara. “I will miss my colleagues and all of our wonderful members. I thank each of you for your help in making my time here a success. I trust that you are in good hands with Debbie and hope that she enjoys her career at CSLEA as much as I have.”
Incoming Membership Coordinator Debbie Lindenmuth begins here duties immediately and brings to CSLEA a wealth of office and customer service experience.

“I’m am looking forward to digging in, learning how to best assist the members of CSLEA, as well as CSLEA directors and staff,” said Debbie. “I look forward to serving California’s law enforcement, public safety and consumer protection professionals as the membership coordinator at CSLEA.”
