ANZA – On October 5, 2022, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Riverside County Code Enforcement, and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, served five marijuana cultivation-related search warrants in the unincorporated county area of Anza. While conducting the searches, approximately 3,140 marijuana plants and 4,148 pounds of processed marijuana were eradicated from several indoor and outdoor structures.
During the investigation Billy Shuming Louie, 50, of Los Angeles County and Curtis D. Miller, 64, of Anza, were cited for illegal cultivation of marijuana.
