ORANGE – On June 7, 2023, representatives from the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) and the California Association of Criminal Investigators (CACI) met with a group of approximately 25 Investigators (CACI) and Special Investigators (CAFI) at the California Department of Insurance office in the city of Orange. 

Representing CSLEA was Senior Counsel Jim Vitko.  Representatives from CACI included President George Tiongson and Board Member James Potts.  

“We discussed the benefits of membership and updated the investigators on current events to include information about and the status of negotiations, pending legislation, and issues relating to SB 2, among other topics of interest,” said Vitko.

The noontime discussion was followed up with a question-and-answer session.  Lunch was provided by CACI.
