On Thursday, July 27, 2023,  CSLEA and the State engaged in their 14^th round of negotiations. The focus of the session was department-specific proposals on safety equipment and transfer rights. Last week, CSLEA also received preliminary information on the parameters of the State's counter on general salary increases and special salary adjustments which are in the process of being formatted into written proposals which will be introduced at the negotiations table shortly.  The next scheduled session is for Thursday, August 3rd.
