SACRAMENTO- Late in the evening on  August 30, 2023,  the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) negotiations team reached a Total Tentative Agreement (TTA) with CalHR. The TTA was reached after months of intense negotiations both at and away from the table. 

The TTA will now be presented to the CSLEA Board of Directors at a meeting on Friday, September 1, 2023. The Board will determine whether to send the TTA for a vote by all CSLEA members in Bargaining Unit 7.  A summary of the agreement will be emailed to members, and soon after an electronic ratification vote will take place.

CSLEA would like to thank members for their patience during the negotiations process and the time it will take to present the specifics to the Board and membership.
