ORANGE COUNTY – On February 21, 2024, the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) announced the results of a multi-agency operation conducted in Orange County the week of February 12th.
DCC, along with other Unified Cannabis Enforcement Taskforce (UCETF) partners, conducted operations resulting in the seizure of over $3.2M in illegal cannabis.
One of the illegal dispensaries contained $1.9M in unlicensed products, the largest search warrant on an unlicensed dispensary by UCETF.
The multi-agency operation was led by UCETF and included personnel from Fullerton Police Department, Fullerton Code Enforcement, California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, California Division of Occupational Safety and Health, and California Employment Development Department.
