SAN DIEGO – On March 23, 2024, during an awards presentation at the close of the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association’s (CSLEA) general membership conference, Association of Deputy Commissioners (ADC) President Marcus Nenn presented an award to ADC Secretary Kathy Stanbra.

“Kathy is currently serving as our ADC secretary and has also served as our treasurer during her 13 years on our ADC board,” said Nenn.  “She has been a selfless advocate for her fellow employees, is an accomplished special investigator at the Department of Real Estate, and has served as an outstanding class representative when called upon. I am grateful to her for all her contributions.”

The conference was the perfect place to acknowledge Stanbra and thank her for her service prior to her planned retirement in the near future.

“We are very appreciative of our affiliate directors who volunteer their time to assist our union and our affiliate presidents,” said CSLEA President Alan Barcelona.  “To have devoted 13 years of service to her colleagues and our union, Kathy deserves a big thank you!”
