SACRAMENTO – On August 27, 2025, representatives from the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA), George Tiongson, the president of the California Association of Criminal Investigators (CACI), and Jack Judd, the director of DCA for CACI met with approximately 30 Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) investigators for a lunchtime meeting to discuss union work conducted on behalf of CACI members at DCA.
Representing CSLEA were Chief Counsel Kasey Clark, Senior Counsel Ryan Navarre, and Member Services Representative Sal Martinez.
The meeting allowed union representatives to answer questions, review the benefits of union membership and discuss the importance of legal representation.
“Thank you to those in attendance for their attention and interest in the work that CSLEA is conducting on their behalf. It is important that we have conversations like this with our members and we appreciated the opportunity to meet in person,” said Tiongson.
