| Deadline for submitting letter of interest is Friday, April 24, 2026 Dear CABCA Members, CABCA will be conducting an election to fill two positions on the Board of Directors for two vacant seats. We invite members to participate in this important process. CABCA is now accepting Statements of Candidacy from individuals interested in serving on the Board. Your involvement is vital to the continued success of our association. Per CABCA bylaws, the vacancies on the board of directors are filled via election from the general membership. CABCA officers are then elected by the board by majority vote of CABCA directors. If you are interested, you are self-nominating for a general vacancy on the board. If you are a union member in good standing for at least three years and interested in running for a position on the CABCA Board of Directors, please submit a Statement of Candidacy to me no later than April 24, 2026. This statement should include your full name, your job classification, and a brief statement of interest. The election will be held electronically shortly following the self-nomination period.
