GLENDALE – On May 7, 2026, licensing registration examiners at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) in Glendale met with California Organization of Licensing Registration Examiners (COLRE) President Enrique Razo and Region 5 Director David Rodriguez to discuss work and union related issues.
“The purpose of our visit was to update both new and experienced examiners on current and upcoming events that could impact California state employment for years to come,” said Razo. “I thank David for his support during our meeting. I also appreciate office manager Nereida Hidalgo for providing a quiet, dedicated conference room. She speaks very highly of her examiners, often saying that the examiner role is the best job the state of California offers.”
Razo also thanked his union members for attending the meeting, “Aizmik Vartanian, Anthony Broheir, George Mejia, and Beda Escobedo — thank you all for your efforts in keeping the Glendale community safe.”
