POTERVILLE – On June 29, 2026, the Porterville Police Department announced that it had received information regarding a suspected unlicensed cannabis delivery service operating in the Porterville area under the name “September Select.” The information was turned over to the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) Fresno Field Office, which assumed primary investigative efforts.

DCC investigators determined the business was advertising and delivering cannabis products without the required state licensing and identified Raymond Rincon-Facio, Nicole Munoz, Ilene Laura Campos, and Gabriel Facio, as individuals associated with the operation.

Investigators discovered the operation was utilizing a location in the sub-100 block of East Cleveland Avenue in Porterville, as well as additional locations in Porterville, Strathmore, and Lindsay, to store cannabis product for the operation.

On June 24, 2026, the California Department of Cannabis Control, with assistance from the Porterville Police Department, Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, and California Department of Fish and Wildlife, served multiple search warrants related to the investigation. Investigators located and seized numerous items of evidence, and arrested several individuals on applicable charges.

This investigation is currently ongoing.
