The California Department of Justice (DOJ) is currently conducting an online, anonymous and confidential employee survey designed to help the department improve and grow. The California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) encourages its members at DOJ to take 10-15 minutes to complete the survey.
“CSLEA encourages its members to complete this annual survey as a step toward positive change in the workplace. This is your opportunity to provide honest and open feedback to the department and contribute to possible improvements,” said CSLEA President Alan Barcelona. “Please take the time to provide your feedback to the department.”
The survey was announced to department employees on January 5, 2022 in an email from Attorney General Rob Bonta and included a link to the survey. Below you will find
a PDF version of the survey for reference. Employees are asked to use the link DOJ provided in its email January 5th to complete the survey before it closes on January 19th.
