BARSTOW – On May 25, 2025, at approximately 9:50 p.m., officers from the Barstow Police Department responded to a report of a vehicle burglary in the 2500 block of High Point Parkway in the city of Barstow. The victim reported that personal property valued at approximately $10,000 had been stolen during the incident. The case was referred to the Barstow Police Department’s Detective Division, which immediately began a detailed investigation. The investigation led detectives to an address in San Dimas.
On May 28, 2025, detectives served a search warrant at the residence located in the 500 block of Valley Center Avenue in San Dimas. During the search, detectives recovered the victim’s stolen property along with a cache of approximately 51 firearms, including several unregistered assault rifles. Additionally, detectives located and secured a military-grade explosive device; a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) launcher at the residence. Due to the presence of illegal firearms and the rocket propelled grenade launcher, the California Department of Justice Bureau of Firearms was contacted and responded to assist with the investigation.
As a result of the search warrant, Craig Karim Ramazanm, 49, of San Dimas was arrested and booked at the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Departments West Valley Detention Center on the following charges, P.C. 496d (a) – Possession of Stolen Property, P.C. 30605 – Possession of an Assault Rifle and P.C. 18710(a) – Possession of a Destructive Device. This remains an active investigation.
