KINGS COUNTY – On July 2, 2025, the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and Kings County Sheriff’s Office posted an ABC notice of license suspension at Señor Pancho’s in Lemoore.
On February 12, 2022 and February 6, 2025, ABC agents and sheriff’s deputies sent a minor decoy into the restaurant to attempt to purchase an alcoholic beverage. On both occasions servers furnished alcohol to the minor. The servers were cited for selling/furnishing alcohol to a minor.
The 25-day suspension is part of the administrative sanctions served against the ABC license holder.
“It is important that servers card younger customers to be sure they are not providing alcohol to someone under 21. It’s a simple procedure yet offers so much toward public safety. We appreciate the efforts of California ABC agents and their local law enforcement partners,” said California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) President Alan Barcelona.
