On Wednesday, November 15, 2023, agents from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and officers from the Fairfield Police Department’s Community Action Team (C.A.T.), Patrol Division and Code Enforcement Unit conducted a Minor Decoy operation in which decoy under the age of 21 and under the direct supervision of law enforcement officers, attempted to purchase alcohol from ten retail licensees in Fairfield.
On November 17, 2023, the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) announced it ordered the revocation of the license of Cigar Box, located at 311 D Street in Marysville, after finding the establishment served alcoholic beverages to a 19-year-old on July 27th.
