
ROCKLIN– On April 16, 2026, the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA), along with the Association of Motor Vehicle Investigators of California (AMVIC), conducted a membership outreach event with California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) investigators at a DMV office in Rocklin.

“Our CSLEA/AMVIC members are sworn peace officers are sworn peace officers who conduct criminal and administrative investigations, execute search warrants, and conduct surveillance and undercover operations. They are highly specialized investigators assigned to task force assignments across the state and are routinely called upon to assist allied law enforcement agencies,” said AMVIC President Kenny Ehrman. “I was pleased to address, and discuss issues with, 30 investigators. I was also assisted by CSLEA Senior Counsel Ryan Navarre and CSLEA Member Services Representative and retired DMV Investigator George Pina. I thank all of our members who were in attendance and enjoyed the opportunity to meet with them and answer any questions, as well as provide lunch.”
