CSLEA Demands That DSH Cease And Desist From Contracting With Private Security Guards CSLEA recently confirmed that Napa State Hospital (NSH) is actively considering hiring private security guards to replace Hospital Police Officers when transporting NSH patients into the community for doctor appointments and court proceedings.
